Verna Westlake is an Independent Grant Consultant who has personal and professional knowledge and experience in rural and urban communities throughout Alaska and Montana.
Her primary focus has been on grant writing and funding projects that contribute to the quality and improvement of life for beneficiaries through education, social, economic and community development, cultural and oral language preservation, and fuel and energy issues.
She has worked with rural and urban nonprofit organizations, educational entities, and local, tribal, municipal and borough governments. Verna has committed her professional and personal resources, including well established relationships with leaders in local, statewide, and national organizations to the success of grant funded projects.
